- The resistance of the SuperBands works at your advantage
- SuperBands are colour-coded and indicate weight equivalents. The colour you use depends on your personal level of fitness and your own body weight
- Lighter levels of assistance (green and red): For individuals that can already do pull-ups/ chin-ups and dips but wish to perform more reps
- Medium levels of assistance (blue & black): For those who cannot perform many reps or with an Intermediate level of fitness
- Heavier assistance level (Orange): For individuals starting pull-ups/chin-ups and dips with a Beginner level of fitness and/or with difficulties lifting up their own body weight
